Your mission
As a motivated Key Account Manager, you are part of the business team. You play an important role in setting up the associated processes and have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through complex challenges. You will be responsible for generating leads and structuring sales as well as looking after key customers and project planning. You will work hand in hand with the CEO and the founders. Together we design enabl's go-to-market strategy and focus on growth within the customer base.

In order to validate our business models and generate revenue as a company, we need you! With you, we can integrate our systems into different customer locations and win new customers for the company's growth.
Your tasks
  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve sales and growth targets
  • Establishing, maintaining and managing relationships with key customers
  • Planning customer projects and supporting rollouts
  • Planning and supporting growth within a customer
  • Establishing a sales structure
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Influencing product development through structured customer feedback
Your profile
  • Completed qualification in the field of electronics, mechatronics or mechanical engineering with further training as a master or technician, completed studies in the field of economics or engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics
  • Strong interest in technology and logistics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Project planning and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • very good written and spoken German and English skills
