As a motivated Sales Manager, you are part of the business team. You play an important role in setting up the associated processes and have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through complex challenges. You will be responsible for generating leads and structuring sales as well as looking after customers and project planning. You will work hand in hand with the CEO and the founders. Together we design enabl's go-to-market strategy.
To validate our business models and generate revenue as a company, we need you! With you, we can test our systems in a real environment and integrate them into our customers' operations as well as acquire new customers for the company's growth.
Your tasks
Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve sales and growth targets
Building, maintaining and managing relationships with customers and partners
Planning customer projects and supporting rollouts
Establishing a sales structure
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships
influencing product development through structured customer feedback
Your profile
Completed qualification in the field of electronics, mechatronics or mechanical engineering with further training as a master or technician, completed studies in the field of economics or engineering
Strong interest in technology and logistics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Project planning and management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel
very good written and spoken German and English skills
