Your mission
As a Marketing Manager, you will revolutionize our marketing department! Together in a team, you will have a variety of exciting tasks ahead of you. You will support the development of our marketing department with everything that goes with it and have a lot of creative freedom. You will be working closely with our Sales and HR team.

Your tasks
  • Marketing concepts: Creating and implementing marketing strategies and concepts
  • Branding: Optimizing the appearance and branding of enabl
  • Brand building: Establishing the “enbal” brand (including trademark law aspects)
  • Content marketing: Producing and publishing content on the website and social media
  • Web development: content management and further development of the website
  • Employer branding: Continuation and improvement of employer branding
  • Awareness development: Increasing the level of awareness (also locally)
  • Event planning: planning, organizing and carrying out trade fairs and events
  • Teamwork: generating leads in close cooperation with the sales team
Your profile
  • 2-3 years experience in marketing, media design, graphic design, content management or similar
  • Experience in building and managing websites (no programming)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) desirable
  • Experience in photography, videography and photo & video editing desirable
  • Creativity and passion for sophisticated design, attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and curiosity
  • Teamplayer with an independent and solution-oriented way of working
