Head of Finance (m/f/d)

You ensure that enabl can grow sustainably and efficiently. With you as Head of Finance, we will gain an overview of our financial flows, identify optimization potential and introduce robust processes for our financial management and controlling. With strong ownership and collaboration with the founding team, you will build the foundation of a finance organization that will enable the next phase of enabl's growth.

Financial management and controlling

• Business and liquidity planning, including analysis and forecasting of cash flow and budgeting based on this 
• Optimization of cash flow through cooperation with financing service providers as well as suppliers and customers, including the development of purchasing
• Development of efficient controlling and clear quarterly reporting, which can serve as a basis for strategic decisions 
• Analysis of potential for reducing costs and increasing efficiency
• Introduction and development of stable accounting processes

Strategic consulting and financing strategies

• Advising management on strategic decisions relating to financial issues
• Developing convincing business plans and optimal incentives for our employees and investors

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire finance area
  • Distinct experience in the areas of finance, business planning and controlling, e.g. through experience in consulting, start-ups, private equity or investment banking
  • Experience in planning B2B-enterprise-sales and production is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing and accounting
• High analytical skills, quick grasp of complex interrelationships and derivation of strategic recommendations for action
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness towards employees, investors and partners
• Ability to develop own visions and exploit potential for improvement
• Willingness to drive forward and work on operational issues hands-on
• Time flexibility in peak phases and the ability to adapt quickly
