You shape our employee life cycle with expertise, creativity and passion. As the main contact for our team, you accompany them through all life cycle phases and development tasks and you ensure that enabl can grow continously.
Your tasks
Recruiting and Candidate Experience: you design efficient and candidate-oriented recruiting processes together with the respective teams. You conduct initial interviews, enable the teams to conduct interviews and trial days independently and are not afraid of proactively approaching candidates. You are curious about alternative recruiting channels and constantly develop our channel strategies.
Personnel Administration: you are responsible for handling all personnel administration matters.
Team Development and People Experience: with your creative ideas you promote team cohesion by organizing team events. By developing an efficient and content dense onboarding process you ensure new team members get on board quickly and feel at home.
Employee and Leadership Development: as trusted sparring person within our team you identify the right formats (workshops, individual coaching, etc.) to support personal and professional development. You contribute to a common understanding of leadership and foster the development of a results-driven and high-performance organization.
Your profile
you have several years of operational experience in the HR environment
you are familiar with all aspects of state-of-the-art recruiting, including direct search
you are experienced in personnel administration tasks (from contracting to labour law to payroll accounting)
you are familiar with agile working environments and have experience in People & Culture processes
you communicate very confidently in both German and English
you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality: you have strong analytical skills, are solution-oriented and empathetic as well as operationally strong in order to implement designed processes in an assertive manner
you work in a data-driven way and you know KPIs and levers in the People area
